I think this offer may have become buried in the original thread at:

http://forums.equipped.org/ubbthreads.ph...=true#Post89956

...in any case, I now have three of these cases (brand new) that are available to anyone who wants them...one or all. They're perfectly serviceable, I just like different cases. They are also good for carrying or storing other items. Free to good home. If more people are interested than I have cases, I'll use some random method to make the selection. If you want them, let me know and let me know how many you want (1-3).

BTW, I'll close the offer arbitrarily on Tuesday (April 17, 2007) at midnight.

Yeti...
I take it you liked this radio enough to buy two more?
Just trying to decide if I should get one for myself.

Thanks

The radios are ok...as radios. I've yet to really put them to the test. I think some folks may be confusing these with actual communications devices given the other thread. My review is in the link aove. Could improve, but overall very serviceable for my purpose. They went into bugout bags ad one as a tester for work (where I've yet to get any radio!). A friend also bought more and I bought a couple more to give to family.

I had been eyeing these for a while. I got them on sale. Even with the points in my review, I'd do it again.
