I've done my time in the retail trenches so, believe me, I'm not slagging anyone. Other than these two incidents, I've been quite impressed with the staff at this store. I'm more concerned that the store has misinformed/uneducated people selling potentially dangerous goods to people who may know no better and really need that expertise.
