Actually at 192 mid-week, on target for 194-193 range by next check-in. Will experience the muscle-mass "weight gain" for a little while, expect to hold in the 190-195 range until at least mid-may. Sugar cravings are passing. Really liking my new breakfast routines (Yogurt with Meusli, which is, to me at least, a real treat). Saturdays are "free" in that I can - and do - enjoy a sweet treat or two. Whole family has joined my "no refined sugar" shift. It's harder on them than me. Saving a LOT of spending cash by noy picking up a bagel, a candy bar, an iced tea. In NYC, a Snapple Iced tea is $1.85 to $2.25, and a bagel with cream cheese is about the same. A candy bar is $1.30 at the bus terminal. Cut all that out and I'm finding an extra $20+ a week in my pocket.
