I'm looking to buy a few kits of oropharyngeal airways to complement some first-responder kits.

I see that the real "Guedel" ones are pretty nice with their colored tips and sexy shape, however I have seen several "generic" variations that seem to be pretty much the same, for a quarter of the price.

Is there any real difference between all these?
