Why not stick on Velcro to helmet and other to light? Put two more on the rear. Problem solved.

Actually... I wrote the Light part of the review and some of the gear <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

Here is a link to a dealer that sells little clips that attach to the brim of most hardhats and hold headlamp straps in place. Velcro might be just as easy tho...
