it really depends. I took it awat from my wallet, because i already carry 2 swiss army knife's.

But the swisscard is really a good urban every day tool if you are dressed in shirt and tie. In emergency's i doubt it will be very helpfull.

no experians with the toollogic.

I have the swiss card, although I don't carry it every day, if you have a SAK, you probably don't need the swiss card. I think the SAK is more useful. You always give up something for size and portability. It is better than nothing in an emergency, but I would not want to rely on it exclusively. I have had the tool logic in the past, and sold it, because the quality was not up to Victorinox standards in my opinion.

I have a couple of Swiss cards but I dont EDC them. I keep one in my travel bag with all my toiletreies when I travel, another in one of my first aid kits and the other I grab when it is hard or inappropriate to carry a knife or multi tool. I picked them up from some liquidated stock, so they were cheap enough.
I haven't found anyone that sells the Tool Logic cards around this part of the planet, so I cant comment on them, but I think the Swiss Cards are good quality for what they are.
I have got a few requests from friends wives and girlfriends when traveling to get them one too because they liked them after borrowing mine.
They are limited, but handy when nothing else is around.

I have the Tool Logic in my wallet. So if I have my wallet I haxe it. The biggest advantage I can see is for the size of the entire setup the knife blade is huge. While it might not be quite up to swiss standards. With the exception of the Spirderco knife it is the largest blade available in so small a package. I like it quite well. It is large enought to work as a serious skinning knife that most pocket knives are not really up to the task.

A friend of mine over here in Australia imports different knives and sells them over eBay.
He now has a mark against his name in customs because his last lot of Swiss cards was declared a restricted import because they have a concealed blade.
He has imported them before with no probs, but it seems they are getting stricker.
Ya got to love this place

So if any of you come over here for holidays etc .... leave your Swiss Cards and Tool Logic cards behind ....

Do you think the authorities would mind us having them if they were painted international orange, and worn around the neck with the blades visible?
