I have a titanium one made by snow peak. It's cute but kind of silly. The slots between the fork prongs mean the spoon part can't hold much liquid. And the spoon part means the fork prongs are too short to stick in thick pieces of anything. Separate fork and spoon make more sense. Lexan ones are nice.

I've mentioned this before, but this titanium flatware is light enough that you can afford to carry "real" utensils.

My MRE spoon works real well. I like the extra reach it gives you.

MSR Titan Tool Spoon

I have one of these, the spoon is almost tablespoon size and the other end makes a passable two-tine fork plus it works as a wrench for the stove.
