Most of the kendall cloth type i like the best-the adhexive seems to hold longer and the cloth flexability is a must

One note-the numbing eye drops are not a good idea- any time you have a foreign body the first thing is to make sure its fully removed, second those drops that anesthestize the eye are for examination only-any time the eye is numb you lose your ability to sense foreign objects-it could also cause you to rub your eye and do more corneal abrasion than you realized due to it being numb.

I had the same experience from doing some torching on a cars exhaust without (young and foolish then) safety glasses. Needless to say, I don't do that anymore. Course as blind as I am, I always have my safety glasses on now. I'm not sure (drops) what they used, kinda scared me. Felt like my eye would've fallen out if I tilted my head forward?

Fig, speaking from intimate personal experience -- those drops you speak of don't make it go away. In the domain of organic thing, like thorns, they do not generally get fully imbedded, so the biggest irritant is the protruding part scratcheing againt the inside of your eyelid.
