Recently there was a post about the British Mill Bank water filter. Just found them in the Sportsmans Guide catalog. These are big 5 Gal, not the small ones. Page 36 of the new Surplus catalog Item # DX5M-83373 $11.97.
On page 6 there is a Swdish Mora knife, 37/8 inch blade and plastic scabbard. # DX5M-72341 $9.97

Interesting warning on the bottom of the Mora page:

"WARNING:Cutlery cannot be shipped to Delaware, Texas, Puerto Rico, Canada, or the Virgin Islands. Please check your State, County and City laws for restrictions before ordering cutlery."

Okay, Delaware is one of those namby-pamby eastern states that would probably get all a-fluster upon seeing a knife. But Texas? TEXAS??? <img src="/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" />

Thanks X-Ray Dave,

I received my 5 gallon Millbank filter yesterday from Sportsman,s Guide. It is a great bargain. The one liter bags are selling used for 16 pounds British Sterling overseas, I will order another one and make a number of smaller ones. Five gallons equals 18.9 liters if I remember correctly.

Again thanks!
