I saw this last night. Though this product appears to be for ultralight hikers, I wonder if this would be good for bugging out. Has anyone tried this product?

I doubt that the savings over conventional tea bags is really worth the effort. How is the flavor?

I like a good cup of hot tea or coffee, but gourmet brands are not high on muy list of essentials for emergencies

Tea bags are pretty light to begin with but it's still interesting. Freeze dried I wonder?

I believe that hard times are not the times for trying new things.

The "kitchen" in my bag contains several teabags of various herbal stuff like mint, thyme, ginger, anise .. etc. and some black tea as well as green tea bags. They are available in most stores if more are needed.

Interesting. Ive never been a fan of tea leaves in my cup. I am a tea drinker and i like the conveienance and thriftyness of bags. I did not that it said only tea that can fit in your wallet, but im sure i can carry a tea bag their and not worry about it crushing. The product seems aimed more at the yuppie market and those who like micro sized items. That said i would give it a try here at home.
