Well, a problem that can be solved with money isn't a problem, it is an expense. How much is it worth to you to not carry buckets of water from the house? OTOH, how much would it cost to put in a shallow well and a hand pump in the shed, or just outside of it. Leave the foot valve off the pipe, prime the pump when you need water, and raise the pump handle to vertical to drain it between uses. That worked in our barn for decades. Provides a non-electric water source for emergencies, too.
