Insects are edible,also, but far from tasty. I would suggest finding books on wild edible plants, perhaps at your local library. Hope thos helps. SD.

A new fad in Texas is raising camels for milk. I haven't had a chance to try any, though.

As for bugs not being tasty, I disagree. All the ones I've eaten (excluding while on the motorcycle) were surprisingly good.

I have only eaten bugs deliberately a few times and the way they were prepared made them pretty tasty.

My first thought when I saw this thread the other day was that it was about cannibalism.

My wife said she was watching some TV show yesterday where they were talking about some place in NYC that has cheese made from human milk.
