Saw a teaser on CNN.com today for this film short film (~52 minutes):

Produced by this independent news outfit called VBS.

Anyway, short summary: The guy and his wife are the last two full-time residents in the Artic National Wildlife Refuge. Managed to raise a family out there two. Both kids are in their 20's (not seen in person in the movie). If you're squimish, you might want to avoid watching the bear skinning part.

Overall, I liked it.

I read Hiemo's book a couple years ago and recently seen the documentary on another website a couple of months ago. I downloaded the video then watched it via pc >> TV. Well worth watching IMO.
