Those are really nice knives, I think Tops is a great manufacturer but I think one of their best knives is the Tracker Scout, Check it out.

I've used this knife before and I think it is Excellent!

But besides that one you may have missed this total section on that site, it seems they almost try to hide it.

I like that tracker scout. Someone somewhere asked about small fixed blades for or in kits and I have been looking for small fixed under 6" for a while too. I have a review i found that I can post later, but it looks old and some of the links appear old and broken.

Take a look at Anza Knives. Their home page is:

http://www.anzaknives.com/

The T-1 is a nice, small blade. They have others in the same size range. I'm not sure which model I have, but it's about 6" long overall. It carries nicely in a leather pouch sheath, which I usually just drop in a pocket.

My wife likes it, too, as a paring knife. I had to get a bunch of new Victorinox parers & other kitchen utility blades (thus, filling the knife block), in order to recover my Anza from the kitchen.

The blades are carbon steel, if that makes a difference.

Hmmmmmmm ...

I like the TW, but I can't believe it's only 4" overall

Not sure I've handled a TW (stands for "teeny weeny"), but I don't doubt the 4" length. Mine is along the lines of the #4, at around 6" overall. It only cost around $20 when I got it several years back. The product line has changed somewhat in the intervening years.

The TW intrigued me, but 4" is just too small for my hands. The 6" on the one I have is about the minimum for me, and I find an OAL of 7" works better.

Anza knives aren't particularly pretty, but they're tough, sharp, & a good value.
