Large Sebenza right front pocket and Wave on my belt. I really want to get my hand on one of those Spyderco Assist Rescue (reported by Doug from Shot 2003) folders with glass breaker but it seems that for now they only make it without.

DC Munroe Chimera on my belt (added a tether, as I amost lost it), Leatherman Squirt on the keys, Original Leatherman in my backpack, and then there is my desk drawer, my car, and my desk at home - I'm usually by one of them, so...

If the knife has a clip and I attach the clip to my back pocket, then the clip will sometimes get caught on whatever I sit on, house sofa, office chair, or car seat, and then the knife will kind of slide off when I get up. Otherwise, no.

I carry a buck crosslock, a gerber mutliplier and a Leatherman Micra. A small Puma folder sits in my kit. When I go biking, I have a plain edge 4" Spyderco folder and a Letherman wave. In my FAK is a pair of scissors and a seat belt cutter. I also have a fixed blade knife in my wallet. It has has a 1" plain edge blade.
When I think that I need it, I also carry a fixed blade knife.
In my biased opinion four knives are not too many. Maybe this isnīt the place to hear that youīre carrying too much equipment anyway.

Craig,

I generally carry four also on my person. A Wave on my belt, Sebenza in rear pocket, Squirt on keychain, and Minichamp in my other pocket.

That doesn't count the Leatherman Juice in my bag that I take to work everyday, or the knives/multitools in my vehicles.

When I am cycling I usually have my keys with me (and therefore the Squirt) as well as an Alien multitool, which does have a knife blade on it, as well as many useful bike related tools.

So no, I don't think four is too many at all...

Greg

May I ask what make and model of knife you carry in your wallet? I've tried carrying the Gerber Micro LST in my wallet, but even that tiny locking folder feels too thick.

Has the Wave really proven useful? I carry the Vic CyberTool 41 on my belt. What do you think of the MiniChamp?

Itīs a handcrafted knife with a drop point blade. The overall length is about 3 1/4 ". Half of it is handle. The blade is about 1/4" thick and just under 1" wide. I made it from an old tool for a lathe. The steel is a bit hard to sharpen but it holds an edge very well. I fitted it with scales as bulk isnīt really an issue for me.
If I manage to make a good picture I`ll post it. I made that one because I couldnīt find a suitable commercial product.

How much use do you get from your Victorinox Midnite MiniChamp II? I have one of those myself, and every time I pulled it out for a task, I felt like I should be using something bigger.

Also, no comments about wearing the Wave on your belt?
