It's a well made unit and has been included in U.S. military survival gear since WW2. It is a heavy use brush tool combining machete and axe. They can be dangerous when tired or working in heavy cover, so take time to familiarise and practice as with the axe. Add a quality bow saw for a well rounded kit.
