I am creating a small survival pamphlet to put in my truck. I would like to include some condensed first aid information. Someday when I have the money, I will buy a book. But, for now, maybe 5 pages of something would be great.

I believe I have seen this info here before, but my searching skills stink.

Sorry man, it looks like none of us have such info. I haven't been around here long and don't remember this having been discussed in the recent past. However you might look for a first aid book put out by the Red Cross as I have picked them up cheap (about $1) at local second hand shops, also the Boy Scout hand book has a short section in it if you have one of those.
Sorry I don't know of anything online.

The one little book I travel with is:
"A Comprehensive Guide to Wilderness & Travel Medicine" by Eric A. Weiss. No perfect, but pretty darn good for the size.
