Woman trapped in car since Friday rescued - 01/26/16 08:26 PM

A woman who had been trapped in her car by the snow storm was rescued by the Maryland National Guard late Monday. No details on what happened, but this occurred in a suburban part of Maryland just outside of D.C. TV report here: http://wjla.com/news/local/woman-stranded-in-car-since-friday-in-maryland-rescued

First thought take away for me is to keep car emergency supplies in your car at all times. Though there are few details in the story, it seems she wasn't that far from help, yet still ended up in the car for 3 days.

I often wonder why no family was looking for her; especially as the storm was mostly done by Sunday

I'm glad she didn't suffocate.

They didn't describe her.

I was listening to the scanner last week when the State Patrol ran the driver info at an accident scene (no injuries).

A 90 year old man had run his car into a 60 year old woman's car.

Some people shouldn't be driving at all. Some shouldn't be driving because things don't always go absolutely perfect.
