Yeah, I saw it on their Facebook page. Also passed the observation that the best match is a Lighter!

Haha, I agree, give me a Bic lighter or two and I'm set.

If I'm carrying lifeboat matches, I will have a spare striker (folded in on itself) in the container.

However, there may be a practical use for this party trick.

A lot of people still use strike-anywhere matches as a backup, not realizing that the ones commonly available are a pale copy of what used to be a proper match. I have found that, after a bit of ageing or minor exposure to moisture, the phosphor tip just rubs off without doing a darn thing. But maybe all is not lost!

Okay, now I have to play with this.
