The Dundee City Centre Christmas tree is probably the first Christmas tree in the World to be erected for Christmas season for 2014.
What a sorry Christmas (Holidays for the PC) tale.
The previous tree was a sorry sight and the Local Government solution of nailing on 3rd party branches on did not work.
