It looks like a commercial game hauler with one wheel instead of two. Nothing radical. Useful, but not radical.

Yeah, I was thinking game hauler as well. Its practicality depends on the trail. You could pack a lot of weight that way, provided you're not boulder hopping. A scree slope might be problematic. I do worry about being overbalanced and having the trailer tip you over, but you'd pack the heavy stuff at the bottom to keep the centre of gravity low. At the very least, it would save wear and tear on the knees (a growing consideration as I get older).

I like the idea. I probably wouldn't use it for hiking, but I think that it would be quite useful for packing in to a remote campsite or cabin.
