Not sure I can ask this here; mods remove if not ok!

I need a special jig made to establish alignment for cutting and drilling firesteels. I'm seeking the service of a machinist who cam make me one per my design. It will be around 4" x 6", and no more than 1" thick. I have a working model made from a 2x4 but don't have the tools to get the perfect alignment I need; and its not durable. This item will serve a guide for hacksaws as well as drilling firesteels underwater. If this is something you can do for a very reasonable price, or trade please let me know by PM. Thanks!

Maybe use a QuickRelease Vise?

here's my sketch; then after hearing feedback from others I think this should be in two pieces that can clamp together. Also, it does not need to be sized for 4 pieces as shown, one is fine!
