I'm back.

Howdy folks. Things have stabilized back in the Blasthold. DW started a new therapy a few weeks ago that is very promising. It'll be a long, slow slog but I'm optimistic everything will turn out for the best.

Thank you so much for all the PM's, e-mails, snailmail cards, and prayers. Things were really dark and scary for a while and every bit of support you sent our family was needed and very greatly appreciated. Y'all are incredibly awesome people!

It seems like you all behaved yourselves while I was out and I assure you Doug and the other moderators are thankful for that!

Glad you are back! It is amazing how much we all care about you since most people here haven't even met you in person. (Trust me, folks, meeting Blast in person is an awe-inspiring experience; kinda like the Jolly Green Giant, armed and harvesting wild edibles instead of Niblets!)

It IS odd how we are there for each other isn't it?
Will probably never meet most if not all of the people on this site but count them as friends.
