Four Percheron and a Wagon - 12/14/08 12:41 PM

I ran across this story while browsing the news sites this morning. I thought it was neat enough to pass along.

Bob Skelding is traveling across America at 3MPH. He's driving a custom made wagon teamed by four Percheron draft horses.

His website and blog can be found atWagonteamster.

Nicodemus, thanks for this link! I thought I'd just glance at it but have ended up completely absorbed. Reminds me of "Walden" in a way ...

I found it similarly enjoyable, and just kept reading like yourself.

It is like "Walden" in some ways, but on wheels and with a shower and electricity. It is simplified life though. I wish I could do something similar.
