Your favorite source for weather information?

Lots of information, different views available, ability to zoom in and customize what you see and, important for us dial-up internet users, it all works well enough on slow connections.

I have no affiliations with this site. I just happen to like the ability to track storms and showers. Using this information I can often time jobs and activities to avoid the weather. Often down to the minute.

I'm a wunderground fan myself. I particularly like the new WunderMap feature. I like seeing the wx related to actual features rather than maps. I also have News 13 available since I live near Orlando. Always know I can get wx every 10 minutes.

I like getting my weather reports from the hottest newsbabe on the air with a news channel ball cap hiding a pony tale and wearing a waterproof jacket.

That or some Dumb A$$ news guy standing in the middle of say a hurricane and leaning forward into 100 mph winds just so we can see how bad it is.

Wunderground and NOAA Weather Radio...

I'm also a wunderground fan. I like that there are three different weather stations within a couple miles of my house. They also have the best coverage of tropical storms, IMHO.

I like wunderground too and for hurricanes I also use http://vortex.plymouth.edu/tropical.html as well as wunderground.

noaa.gov Accept no substitutes. More weather information there than you could digest in a week. It's got it all. I especially like the hour-by-hour graphical forecast and the 3-day history of barometric pressure.

I use google earth with an NOAA weather overlay (a kml or kmz file), so that I can see the exact path on a real map, with my annotations, without having to estimate.
