Twas 3 nights afore Christmas....

And all through the house,
Only dad was astirring,
While Mom tried to get the nephew to sleep,
Santa was acoming early,
Since Dad was sailing soon.

So Santa came in as he usually did,
Laid out gifts around the brightly lit tree,
Missed stepping on the cat,
and tiptoed around the dogs,
and then disappeared as quickly,
and as quietly as he had arrived.

Then Dad and Mom finally got to go to bed!!!!
