Coffee filters?

I am the FNG here so please don't laugh at me yet. I have so many questions!<br><br>First off, I really love this whole site. It has been a wealth of information for me so far. <br><br>As some of you may know from my previous two posts, I have a round PSK, and so I have been searching for useful round (and not-so-round) things to include in it. I was starting the coffee machine the other day and the coffee filters got me to thinking, being that they are round. <br><br>Are coffee filters worth including in a PSK as a backup to water purifiers. At the very least they will filter out foreign matter, probably better than a handkerchief. <br><br>Any comments?
