Mini Loaf Pan for PSK - 01/19/06 10:58 PM
Saw this on another forum.
www.m4040.com Look in the Build a Survival Kit section . Guy put together a kit with all the usual stuff. What was new to me was the Mini Loaf baking pan that fits in a ALICE type M-16 ammo pouch to contain it in. Takes less space than building a kit around a British mess tin. Great idea.

I loved his entry disclaimer:
"WARNING: This site contains views and opinions that, while intended to be humorous, may be offensive to thin-skinned imbeciles. If you are stupid, overly sensitive, or both, please seek professional help and/or get a helmet before entering my site."
He suggested adding a thin sheet of dropcloth plastic to the kit for use as a shelter or water collection. A third of a mil is pretty thin. What's the point of using it for a shelter with a hole in it, or water collection with a hole it in. That stuff catches on EVERYTHING, and in the wilderness, I'm afraid it would.
