Lost at sea: The man who vanished for 14 months

A followup of this thread from last year where a man survived for 18 months after the boat he was on, suffered engine failure during bad weather which then drifted for months on the water and eventually washed ashore on a remote island.

Now the survivor has written a book and it seems to be quite a remarkable tale of survival. This website gives a good overview of the ordeal along with some excerpts from the book.

Just to be clear, a journalist has written a book based on interviews with the survivor. Based on the excerpt, looks like it may be a good one. I put it on my Kindle list.
