A 0.057 watt flashlight doesn't seem very bright. Maybe a trail light on a moonless night...

a warm tint, no doubt....

In a really dark situation, like a cave, fractional wattage would be a godsend. Incorporate some sort of storage device and you might really have something, especially if you could utilize the temperature differential between the inside and outside of a sleeping bag, or even clothing.
