Get your info from several sources...Not just one book/ teacher/ channel/ site.
Especially planning info - Distances, temps, amounts/day, etc.
Info is easy to get...check your sources...

I like the Wendy DeWitt method....prepare a note card for listing a daily menu for each of 7 days.... for a morning and evening meal... multiply by 52... described under "the system" and bulk conversions at the bottom of the reference
