If you just google "camo tarps" you will find a jillion of them. I don't personally have any knowledge of them...

Although not camo, we have one of these tarps They are made with silicone impregnated nylon and are fairly water tight....as far as open shelters go that is. We use the tarp alot as it is so compact and light to carry in the backpacks. It serves well for not only keeping the wet elements off, but also the direct and hot summer sun while out in the more open areas when needed. It opens up to approx 7 x 8 feet.

This tarp is not cheap ($110.00 CA) but well worth it in terms of quality, convenience and very small size when folded and rolled down.

We bought the tarp last year and suspect we will get 5-6 years of regular use out of it so the ROI is good.

Just one?
You can buy treated nylon in olive, winter or desert cammo.
Here are examples from Seattle Fabrics.

It seems I only get one link in a reply, so here is their home page.

Who knows, you might find that the cost of shipping the fabric is worth it.

But if you check you should be able to find suppliers closer to you.
At least East Coast instead of West Coast.
Maybe it would be good to give a fabric and sewing store near you a call.

Keep in mind that a couple of cans of Krylon spray paint will camoflage almost anything.

Edit. I will second Sherpadog's recommendation of MEC. I bought a great lightweight tarp from them 2 years ago. Very light, 9'8"x12'8", fits in a 12"x8" stuff sack, not camo but close enough (kind of a mustardy olive colour)

Edit again!
I just realized the tarp he showed is the same stuff as the one that I have.
My only complaint is that it sounds a bit crinkly in the cold weather.
It is a very lightweight tarp to carry though, only 1 pound 6 ounces including the stuff sack.

Depending on what size you needed. I would prefer two or three military ponchos snapped together; modular and has multiple uses.

+1 on the ponchos. Amazing what can be snapped together.

The standard GI poncho is woodland camo water proof nylon. Two of them snap together to make a two man pup tent. They have snaps and grommet holes and one hood.

One of my favourite bits of kit is my hootchie or some call it a hutchie down here. Just google 'auscam hootchie'. Will get you some good results.

Those aussie hootchies are nice! IF the poncho doesnt work for you, I would also suggest that route. PLENTY of room for you & your gear, and they can be snapped together (IIRC) for a larger shelter. Although, I doubt you'd need it.

Yes I have one which, like much of my favorite equipment, I traded for while on active duty. Mine is not camo, just green, but it is great. The Aussies have some very great, practical and inexpensive gear. We would look at it and have a "wow, I could have had a V-8" moment.
