There is new legislation after the VA shootings that make make owing a gun a luxury instead of a right. HR 297 Dingell-McCarthy legislation is designed to "upgrade" some of the restrictions in the Brady bill.

You may want to check into it further.

what does "semper ubi" mean.

I'm familiar with "semper fidelis" (always faithful) and my favorite "semper gumby" (ever flexible).

but I am clueless regarding "ubi".
