I can see that happening, too. Not that I would take that anywhere near a TSA checkpoint, however. As soon as you have to explain something, you're already halfway over the cliff.

Speaking of the TSA, my wife recently returned from visiting her parents in Ohio. She flew there and back. She had no problems carrying children's scissors with blunt tips (for her crocheting), or her SureFire E2e in her purse. She never checks any bags. She uses carry-on only.

Me, I always check a bag. I want my Swiss in my hand as soon as I clear Stalag 13.
