I just put a call in to Knife Rights to ask a question about my membership. Who should answer the phone, but Doug Ritter himself!

I'm always amazed by the personalized service I've recieved from Knife Rights over the years. It's an organization that does great work, and that I encourage all who read these forums to join.

And yes, I did stutter a little bit when I realized I was speaking to Doug. Why should I bother him with my piddling little question!
