My Full Size Jeep Club held it's annual Jeep-In this past weekend at the Whart State Forest in NJ. Here are a few pics that I took. As you can see, I was not roughing it blush

That coffee pot has served me well for many years, makes the best coffee ever.
As for the cheapo hatchet, you're right. Found it at a campsite many moons ago. I worked on it a bit to get it sharp and it rests comfortably in the back of the Jeep for trips like this. A new/better one is on my list of things to get.

Good for you. Most of those things I see being used in a campsite are soooo dull you couldn't cut yourself, let alone wood, no matter how hard you tried. Which, on second thought, is probably a good thing anyway...

I guess your PSK is in that big cooler of beer thats just outside the picture?

Just kiddin'

I was actually hiking yesterday, it was 7 miles and I wasn't in survival mode either. Any outdoor time is good, regardless of whether you are roughing it or just hanging out in a state park.

I went on an outing too, more of walk than hike. It was at Bushkill Falls in PA. Beautiful place, lots of tourist...but a nice day out anyway.

P.S. : Nice looking jeep you got there...Wagoneer right?
