Very cool. Not the most intuitive thing in the world, but I have it and use it.

There are a whole bunch of templates and documents avaialble at http://www.diyplanner.com/ for making your own pocket planners and such. I've started combining some of these with preparadness/survival information I gather to make some reference cards. Got one of those portable 4x6 photo printers for cheap thanks to a sale and rebate so I've been printing stuff on 4x6 index cards.

Cool idea. It looks similar to a "little booklet" that I teach my students to make out of an 8 1/2" by 11" sheet of blank paper. They write study guides on the pages that they can carry around.

The templates provided by Eugene look great Can't wait to play around with them! The best part about them (in my wife's humble opinion) is that they are free.
