Hello. I'm a fairly new user. Trying to "WEAR" all EDC and PSK while in a shirt and tie. Any suggestions?

Also, I keep seeing cotton balls referenced. However, can someone explain what they are for? I've been reading a lot and can't quite find the answer in the forum

Mostly discussion in this forum about cotton balls would be that they are used with petroleum jelly as a tinder to start fires or medical uses such as dabbing in antibiotic etc.. But they can also be used in the manufacture of artificial baits to catch fish.

Cotton balls are a great source of tinder. They have other uses of course but that seems to be the most common use referenced in these forums. As far as being well equipped in a suit and tie... well.. it's a very fine art. I tend to remember a really good post titled something-or-other for the Brooks Brothers Brigade. If you search for "Brooks Brothers Brigade" you should find some good ideas.
