who makes backpacks with PAL webbing for a decent price? <100

I don't want sling packs as I can never get used to the balance of those things on long hikes.

I know that:
blackhawk, eagle, maxpedition, Kifaru and now Gerber makes packs with PAL webbing

any other makers, so far only the Gerber pack is likely to be within price range. I might have to go with a Kifaru since it looks like they are the only ones with a complete system.

I most would like a pack with PAL webbing on the front and side so I can attach pouches to modify the pack when needed.

thanks.

david.

Sportsmans Guide lists a bunch of PAL stuff IIRC.

? Quality ?
Don't know myself.

the survival forum at AR15.com has a number of reviews on lower cost PAL packs. Ask there.

this one might fit your bill -- it was posted a while back on this formum, but I didn't have the link to that post, but I do have the link to the product and it is a lot less expensive than the Kifaru.........

Check out Cheaperndirt and Major's Surplus, they will have a number of items that are PALS/MOLLE supporting. Keep in mind that a lot of people, if you say PALS webbing, will have no idea, but the same guys know MOLLE.

Also check out SpecOps Brand's THE Pack. It's pricy for me, but not to freakishly far out of reach. I just have three backpacks in that size right now, and I can't justify another. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Also, try ebay. There are a bunch of e-stores with shop fronts there that sell MOLLE-compatable backpacks.
