Have Reliance 7 gallon square Aquatainer water storage containers. How high can these be stacked when filled. Also if stored outdoors will freezing damage the containers. I am treating muni supply water with teaspoon of Clorox for the 7 gallons.<br><br>Thanks<br>martineau
