I tried to modify an Eagle Creek travel belt to do this - the interior was a bit too thin to get a mini-bic in there. May have to sew some up from webbing

Well, maybe not completely useless, but a gimmick nontheless. Cash is probably the best thing to put inside a zippered interior enclosure. The belt then can support a pouch that contains emergency essentials. It should be sturdy enough that it can function as a sturdy strap/ tourniquet or similar.

Maybe I was a bit harsh; not useless perhaps but probably not the best use of the money or space. It seems that your average ETS'er could do better with less cash. grin
