I saw a link to this companies products here at ETS and thought I'd give them a try.
My order included various items including fishing kits, Mainstay 3 day packs, wallet tools, etc. The order was filled promptly, accurately and delivered very quickly.
I placed the order not only for the items but a curiosity as to whether it would be filled appropriately. I'm glad to report that it was.

When I ordered from Best Glide they made a mistake and shipped me a few items incorrectly. Upon hearing this they sent me the correct items immediately and free of charge...they didn't even ask me to return what they sent incorrectly in the first place...top notch.

Word of warning to fellow Canadians. Their site only lists UPS as a Canadian shipping option but DON'T DO IT! Phone in your order and have them ship by the post office. I ended up paying nearly $60 in brokerage fees over 8 dollars of duty and tax.

Best Glide. I have ordered a few things from them. Other than a couple of orders I have bought from them, at full price, I have no financial or other interest in their company.

My impression is that they are good people selling solid gear at fair prices. I bought a button compass, a wire saw and a few other small items. All are top quality items that are head and shoulders over the typical discount and surplus store stuff. Even their inexpensive stuff is solid and dependable. As befits a company selling to people who may need the stuff they buy in a real survival situation. Their target audience are pilots and persons who fly in small planes over remote areas but they sell to anyone.

Risking sounding like a advertisement I like the company and think anyone who doesn't know about them would do well to give their store a chance.
