Was shopping at the local Target here in TN and checked the flashlight section to see whats new. They have been carrying the Freeplay Indigo Lantern, the Kito, and Sherpa Led dynamo flashlights. They had the Sherpa on Clearance for $17.48. Dropped by again today and they had several on the endcap of the aisle and in the flashlight section for $12.48, a very good price for what I feel is a quality light. Some of you may have a similar deal in your area?

I'll have to check.

Thanks for the heads up!

I have found them for around $15.00 online. If you can get one at a good price then you save yourself the S&H.

Here in Ohio they've had both the Megabrite LED Keychain lights on sale for less than $2 and Energizer AA Hard Case flashlights on sale for about $5 each, not a bad deal.

I took out the the CR2014 button cells from the cheapo keychain lights to use for my Photons and Inovas(2 in each one, and I bought four of them) and spent about $25 dollars at two Target stores, clearing out the AA Hard Case flashlights. I bought six of them and you should have seen the looks on the cashier's face! Her exact words were something along the lines of, "I think you've watched Darkness Falls one too many times!"

The AA flashlights I put in a drawer and numbered them with a Sharpie from 1-6. When the power goes out I plan to pass them around to my family and my neighbors next door in our apartment building.

I was so excited to find a two pack of Black and Decker 12 LED lights go on sale for $15. Went on the bedside tables, in the cars, and a pair to my in-laws. Now after about a year, not all the lights are lighting and often times they go dim and a good whack will brighten it for a bit.

I like the fact that they carry Inovas...I've found them to be preferable to those B&D that are soon finding their way out of my house.

While you are at Target, swing by the pharmacy and pick up one of their free fresnal magnifiers. they give them away to help customers read the small print on their Rx's.

I was at Costco today and picked a pair of crank flashlights for 15 bucks. To my surprise, they are really bright! They played for about an hour and I didn't notice any change in brightness. And also have AM/FM/Weather. It also has a USB out so it can be used to charge a cel phone (at least in theory).

My girls had a blast playing with them tonight before bed. They look forward to taking them on our next camping trip.
