If you have omacast Cable, and On Demand, you can go to World and News, then to Discovery Channel, then to Survival. They have some old Survivorman shows, some Man vs Wild shows and some 3 or 4 minutes shorts on survival. Apparently people are showing more interest in this kind of shows because tv is giving more time to the theme. It is good to watch these shows so the stations realize the potential for more audience.
Has anybody watch these shows on "On demand"?

I have!

I dig being able to watch without the standard commercial breaks. I don't watch much tv and I've got my opinions about the shows, but it's cool to have something I'm actually interested in OnDemand. Way cooler than the home improvement shows my wife is always trying to make me watch!

The shows are cycled, so check back every week or so for newly added episodes.

Good advice!
Cox Cable has a similar On Demand service at channel 0 where they offer some old Survivorman and Man vs. Wild shows as well. I haven't seen any additional shorts though.

while your at it, the Travel Channel On Demand has episodes of "No Reservations" with Anthony Bourdain. My most favorite of all rebel-cum-chef-cum-chain smokers ever!

oh, and "Passport To Europe's" Smantha Brown is oh-so-cute.
