It would be soooo tempting to hammer him good with a baton, then add insult to injury by charging him with assaulting an officer and resisting arrest. Not that I would ever advocate police brutality of course....... whistle

Wonder if you could make something major under your equivalent of the Offences Against The Person Act fit, over the mental harm done to the disabled lad?

Actually, I'm opperating on the principle that those who hurt little kids are the lowest tier on the prison food chain. This guy is going to have a lift fear and pain punctuated by periods of alienation and isolation.
