Help me compile a list of things that taste good even when at room temperature:<br><br>All canned unless otherwise noted:<br>Spam<br>Vienna sausages<br>Canned cranberries<br>Apple sauce<br>Yams<br><br>In other words, what's good to stash if I don't want to cook, or can't cook in an emergency?

Sk,<br><br>I think you're onto a good approach. It's a favorite for us when car/trailer camping. Most commercially canned vegetables are tasty @ room temperature. Canned asparagus is especially good as a quick & healthy snack, or main course item. String beans are also particularly good. Be sure to carefully inspect the can for any abnormalities before using uncooked.<br><br>John
