Potassium Permanganate Source - 01/29/02 01:51 AM

I have recently rec'd two very positive feedback messages regarding a source for small quantities of Potassium Permanganate. I had been giving out this source as a possibility, sans recommendation. Now that I have some good feedback, I have added them as a retail source. They sell as little as a teaspoon.

http://www.ponddoc.com/Store/FishHealthProducts/fishhealth.html

and scroll down to Potassium Permanganate

FYI Everyone: I emailed "Peggy" at Pond Docs and she said they would sell 1/2 or 1/4 pound amounts at 1/2 or 1/4 of the price per pound. Just in case you didn't want to buy per teaspoon or have to buy an entire pound.

Happy water treating / fungus killing / germ killing / fire starting!

I get mine from Sears. It is sold under the Kennmore brand name and is available in small and medium quantities.
