What would be a good inverter Wattage? And some solar panels watts to charge the batterys?

With all respect, that's like asking "how long is a piece of string?"

I suggest you ask yourself what tasks you want to accomplish with your solar setup. That should give you some hard numbers (i.e., how many watts over how many hours). From there, you can determine how much generation and how much storage you need.

There are numerous websites that walk you through the process of figuring what you need. I have perused mrsolar.com a few times. They have a calculator that guides you through off-grid situations. Maybe you could use that to estimate what you are trying to do.
