For those of you/us in the US concerned with our 2nd amendment rights, I came across some interesting information while reading Doug Ritter’s post regarding "Firsthand: Inside a Utah Avalanche". I came across this link
Brady Campaign Sues to Stop National Park Gun Rule I thought there would be a fair number of folks interested in this read.

Don't count on it. I am and I consider it just another example of how those of us who prefer to be prepared suffer at the hands of the clueless.

i moved to California a few years ago for my job...i still feel violated regarding my gun rights. (i absolutely FUME when i think about it)I've been to PHRASECENSOREDPOSTERSHOULDKNOWBETTER. china, and this state is not far off! (well maybe that is just a tiny exaggeration...)it is especially painful having moved from the great state of Idaho where i carried everyday. i felt naked for the first 2 years!
I'm really glad to see the parks are gun friendly...the way it should be!
i hope you all got a grin out of some of the comments like i did!
